I build and test your setup. With a Team account, I work right inside your Claude setup. With a guided install, I test it in my own accounts first, then we install it in yours together.
3. Handoff
We walk through it together live, and you receive a recording and a step-by-step guide.
4. Support
You have 14 days after your handoff for questions and adjustments. Want new setups and upkeep after that? That’s the Ongoing AI Partner plan.

Your two install options
Team account setup: from $1,500
I work from a seat on your Claude Team or Enterprise plan. That means I can set up your connections and test everything with your real data, so it all runs smoothly before your handoff. Team plans need at least two seats (one for you, one for me) and a business email address to set up.
Best if you want the smoothest setup or might want ongoing support later.
Guided install: from $1,750
Keep your individual Claude plan (Pro or higher). Since I can’t access your account, I build and test your setup in my own accounts using sample data. Then we install it in yours together on a live call and make any final adjustments there.
Best if you want to keep your current plan.
Why a Team plan? It lets me work inside your setup without ever needing your password, and everything I set up stays with your business, not in my account.
Which tools we connect depends on what we set up, and we’ll map that out before any work starts.

“Do I need to be techy?”
No. I set up your AI system for you, then walk you through how to use it, step by step.
“Is it safe to connect AI to my inbox and calendar?”
That’s your call, and I won’t make it for you. Here’s what I can tell you: I’ve given my own AI full access to my inbox and calendar. You decide what yours can read, draft, and act on, and what needs your approval first. We set those rules together before anything goes live.
“What support comes with a setup?”
Every setup includes 14 days of support after your handoff for questions and adjustments. If you need changes later, I can quote them as a one-time project, or you can add ongoing support with the AI Partner plan.
“What if I’d rather learn to do it myself?”
